Description

This programme focused all the female undergraduates of the faculty of Engineering. The objective of this is to give the participants a proper idea on the role of a female engineer in the industry. Also detailed insight on the challenges faced in the industry as well as guiding them for developing personal and professional skills . Apart from that, we intend to inspire the students on improving the impression through appearance. Also this program focused on achieving work life balance as a working female in future. And most importantly, participants the special opportunity of discussing about the benefits of the WIE membership.
