Description

The talk described several recently completed research projects in power quality in the areas of flicker and voltage unbalance and how they have contributed to the development of the best practices and guidelines. With the current trend in the integration of distributed energy sources into electricity networks, power quality in future networks has become an enabling and an exciting area for research and development. The seminar will also briefly highlight some of the ongoing work at UOW and some challenges that need to be addressed which will help the development of future electricity networks.
