IEEE Exco Meeting 5 Minutes 18.4.1 Welcome and intro from chair The Chair, Prof.Kithsiri Liyanage announced the commencement of the meeting and welcomed the members presented. The agenda for the meeting was circulated and agreed upon. 18.4. 2 Confirmation of the minutes The minutes of the last executive committee meeting on 27th June, 2018 were proposed to be in order by Prof. Chandimal Jayawardena and seconded by Dr. Udayanga Hemapala 18.4.3 Matters arising from Minutes 18.3.3 a) Status of the AGM 2017 Explained in the 18.5.10.
