‘IEEEXtreme USJP & OUSL’ is an event which is organized in parallel to the IEEEXtreme - 24 hours programming competition, in order to promote and also to provide a platform for the IEEE members to compete in the international level. The event is organized by the IEEE University of Sri Jayewardenepura Student Branch (IEEE USJP SB) in collaboration with the IEEE Open University of Sri Lanka Student Branch (IEEE OUSL SB). We have successfully conducted an introductory event on IEEEXtreme as the first phase of ‘IEEEXtreme USJP & OUSL’ on the 28th of September 2018 at the Open University of Sri Lanka, Nawala. Ms. Yasumi Wickremasinghe who is the IEEEXtreme 12.0 ambassador for Sri Lanka and Mr. Isura Manchanayake participated as the guest speakers for this event. The second phase of ‘IEEEXtreme USJP & OUSL’ which is organized to provide a platform for the participants of the ‘Coding Competition IEEEXtreme’, will take place in parallel to the IEEEXtreme 12.0.
