The Annual General Meeting of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Technics Society (MTT-s), Student Branch Chapter, University of Peradeniya was held with the participation of Dr. Aruna Gunawardane, Senior Lecturer, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, UOP (senior treasurer/advisor in the IEEE Microwave Theory and Technics Society, SBC, UOP). The new office bearers were elected and selected for the year 2019. Mr. Sajith Chamara was selected as the new chairperson of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Technics Society, and Mr. Ranitha Mataraarachchi was selected as the secretary. The selected new vice chair was Mr. Darshana Ariyarathna and rests of the office bearers were also selected. The meeting was ended with the hope of having a successful journey in the society along this year too.
