“Little HOPES” is a one-day motivational CSR program which is going to be organized by WIE Affinity Group of IEEE Student Branch of Uva Wellassa University on 4 th of March 2019.The main focus of this project is to encourage the students in St. Methodist’s Girls’ home, Badulla to success in their lives. This is an event co-related with the ongoing project, “Hands in Hands” which is conducted by WIE Affinity group of IEEE student branch of Uva Wellassa University. Aim of “Little Hopes” To enhance the leadership qualities and soft skills of the so focused students. Further to motivate and focus them to achieve good academic result in their lives by showing the value of being an undergraduate in Sri Lankan University Objectives of “Little HOPES” To provide them an opportunity to visit our university premises to feel them motivated to enter into a university to win their lives. To provide them a stage to show up their hidden aesthetic talents by organizing fun events on that day.To provide them a chance to enhance their leadership qualities and personality traits by motivational aspiration. To guide them to improve their soft skills, ethical values, emotional behavior through team work and team games since they are out of their parent’s shelter. To provide them a stress releasing environment by facilitating a movie time to enjoy themselves and to encourage them to set a goal through the motivational movie.
