In parallel to Ruhuna IEEE Day Celebration 2019, a Guest Lecture was organized, by IEEE Power & Energy Society, University of Ruhuna. The Guest lecture was conducted on important aspect in power engineering field by Senior Project & Substation Engineer Mr.Vijitha Kulatilake. The major objective of the event is to enhance the knowledge of the students on, Power & energy applications in the industry Present situation of power and energy field and what come in future. Current issues in the power & energy industry and what can engineers do to fix those.
