Description

The Pre-event committee meeting for the first workshop in "Fueling the Tech Momentum 2019" workshop series, "Raspberry Pi Development for Beginners", organized by the IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group of University of Moratuwa was held on the 22nd of November 2019 at University of Moratuwa premises. The main intention behind the meeting was to appoint an Event Chair with a team of volunteers as the organizing comittee. During the meeting, the following details were discussed: - - Introducing the Organizing Committee to the workshop's intention and content - Registration Process of the workshop - Marketing campaign - Finances - Other organizing-related tasks The meeting concluded successfully with the intention of meeting again for another workshop.
