WIE SL Section – ExCom Meeting 04 05 th June, 2019 – 2130-2230h Venue: Online Meeting was initiated by the Chair, Dr. Windhya Rankothge Participants: Dr. Windhya, Heshani, Dilrukshi, Warunika, Dulma, Abharna, Dr. Rasara An Excom meeting could not be organized during the months of April and May, due to power curtailing and the unexpected incidents occurred in the country. Yet the upcoming event planning was conducted successfully through the emails and the messenger group of the ExCom. The purpose of this meeting was to summarize the organizing work that were done so far. Time line of the upcoming coding competition is as follows. Open registration – 2 nd week of June Registration deadline – 1 st week of July Webinar – 3 rd week of July Workshop – 1 st week of August Finals – 1 st week of September Professional Activities Warunika was requested to come up with a event plan, after discussing with Akila Account Transfer Dulma was requested to check on the acceptability of digital signatures on meetings minutes, with the bank. Meeting was adjourned at 22.30h
