WIE SL Section – ExCom Meeting 07 05 th October, 2019 – 2130-2230h Venue: Online Meeting was initiated by the Chair, Dr. Windhya Rankothge Participants: Dr. Windhya, Dilrukshi, Dulma, Heshani, Dr. Rasara, Dr. Maheshi Dilrukshi thanked all those who contributed for making the coding competition successful. It was decided to sell the remaining t-shirts from the event to gain funds for the section account. It was decided to hold the AGM in the WIE Track of IEEE SYW Congress of Sri Lanka Section, as it was done in the previous years. The committee decided to provide a sponsorship for the congress, for facilitating the AGM. Heshani was asked to contact the congress organizers in this regard. Warunika, in her absence, had forwarded the event plan and the budget estimation for the planned event under ‘professional activities’. Committee reviewed the proposal. Dulma informed that account transferring is successful. Meeting was adjourned at 22.30h
