Present Ruwan Gopura Chandima Pathirana Jayathu Samarawickrama Sagara Sumathipala Damith Chathuranga Kanishka Madusanka Tharindu Adhikari Welcome by the Chairman and Announcements The Chairman of IEEE RAS Sri Lanka Section Chapter, Dr. Chandima Pathirana chaired the meeting and the secretary of IEEE RAS Sri Lanka Section Chapter, Eng. Tharindu Adhikari reported. The Chairman welcomed the gathering. Confirmation of the Minutes Minutes of the previous meeting was tabled by the Secretary. The members pointed out few amendments for the minutes. Dr. Damith Chathuranga proposed that the amended minutes are in order and Dr. Kanishka Madusanka seconded. Matters arising from the Minutes There were no matters arising from the minutes. Sponsorship from Mouser Electronics The committee discussed about the draft sponsorship contract document from the Mouser Electronics. The members pointed out few amendments and suggestions to be included for the sponsorship contract document with the Mouser Electronics. Any other matters The committee decided to reimburse the annual organizer subscription amount of Meetup.com for the IEEE – Sri Lanka Robotics Meetup paid by the secretary, Eng.
