Description

A workshop on DIALux software for light planning was held on 29 th November 2019 at Faculty of Engineering, University of Ruhuna from 1.30pm to 5.30pm. It was organized as a supportive event for Eminence 1.0 which was organized by the IEEE WIE Society in parallel to Ruhuna IEEE-Day Celebrations 2019. DIALux is able to plan the lighting in a room, scene or building and it can calculate and visualize the daylight. The workshop was aimed to provide fundamental knowledge in order to work with DIALux software and perform simple lighting designs for buildings. DIALux workshop was held on 29 th November 2019 from 8.30am to 12.30pm with the participation of over 70 students.
