Description
Annual General Meeting 2020 of IEEE Student Branch University of Moratuwa concluded successfully via zoom meetings. Mr. Peshan Sampath, Chairman of Students Activities Committee, IEEE Sri Lanka Section, Prof. Sisil Kumarawadu, Student Branch Counselor of IEEE Student Branch University of Moratuwa attended as guests of honor. Minutes of the previous AGM and the annual activity report was presented by the Secretary of the student branch. Annual financial report was presented by the treasurer and it was suggested and approved to be true by the audience. Election of the new Executive Committee was conducted by the Chairman of the student branch and newly appointed officers of the student branch chapters and WIE Affinity Group were announced by the Vice Chairman. Newly elected and appointed Chairman of the IEEE Student Branch University of Moratuwa delivered his speech and the meeting was concluded with the vote of thanks by the Sectretary of the student branch.
