More than 35 participants enrolled with the session from many universities and the event was successfully held with the help of SLTC staff members as well. They actively enrolled in the session with the speaker and the speaker also shared her valuable experience. Our major objective of the program was to develop the personality of undergraduate female students in SLTC (Sri Lanka Technological Campus) and induce their motivation of pursuing a successful career. And also, we held the session only around one hour, though it was an online session as well as if it extends more and as well as, the participants might lose the basic concepts behind the lecture. The speaker also tried to keep it as much as short with valuable information to the participants. With this valuable speech we the speaker as well as organizing committee received good appreciations from the participants feedback. So, our first event, the guest speech session was held successfully and we hope to hold another valuable event as soon as possible.
