Meeting was initiated by the Chair of WIE SL Section for the year 2020, Dr. Maheshi Dissanayake. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the year plan of the section. Under that, the following activities were proposed by the members as the main activities for the year. 1. Code with WIE - It was proposed to conduct the Code with WIE program as an annual event of the WIE SL section. It was proposed to introduce the IoT concept as well for this year's program, to reach more students in different disciplines. 2. Research Symposium It was decided to conduct the symposium as an “Abstract and Poster Presentation” session.
