A talk series on 'Discovering yourself' was organized to aim self and career development of undergraduates, to build their own success story. We held a face to face talk and due to the pandemic situation we moved to online mode of delivering talks. We were able to successfully complete four webinars. 1. "Discovering yourself" A talk on self and career development by Dr. Maheshi Dissanayake (Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya) was held on 12th May 2020 along with women's day celebration at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya. 2. "What would you do after graduation?" A webinar on selecting your career path by Mrs. Heshani Mahalaksha (Electrical Engineer at Ceylon Electricity Board) was held on 07th June 2020 via ZOOM platform. 3. "You are Hired" A webinar on how to create your own branding by Mr. Arjuna Manamperi (A transformational leader from industry) was held on 21st July 2020. 4. " What was my journey to PhD through Engineering" A webinar on path to higher studies by Dr. Dulsha Abeywardana (Lecturer, University of Auckland, New Zealand) was held on 25th November 2020. 5. 6 Skills you’ll need, to Succeed in Post-Coronavirus Job Market A last webinar of the series was on the skills undergraduates will need in the post pandemic job market by Dr. Maheshi Dissanayake held on 30th November 2020 via ZOOM
