“Welcome to IEEE” is the first event organized by the IEEE student branch, the University of Jaffna in the year 2020. It was held on the 21 st of January 2020 from 1.30 pm onwards successfully with the participation of around 140 participants at the Department of Computer Science premises, University of Jaffna. The main objective of this event was to motivate new students to join our IEEE student branch and also to encourage the students to participate in IEEE national events.
