Description
CodeCon hackathon is an online event organized by SLIIT IEEE Computer Society with the intentions of mitigating the effects of the pandemic and its repercussions by creating of deliverables (Software solutions - Apps, Web applications) useful to the Sri Lankan community during the Covid-19 pandemic. This event is an open event to all undergraduates of SLIIT. During the progress submission 1, contestants are expected to upload project proposal with the project idea. Thereafter project proposal is evaluated by a panel of judges and the feedback is given to contestants, so that they can initiate building their solution. Then by the end of progress final submission, contestants should submit their solutions via GitHub or any other acceptable manner so that the judges can evaluate the projects. At the end of evaluations, top 3 projects are selected for cash prizes (with certificates) and other participants are awarded with participation certificates only.
