3 rd meeting was also conducted as an online meeting with participation of 14 members. The focus of the meeting was to discuss IEEE technical co-sponsorship granting process and it was decided to prepare a guideline and agreement to further strengthen quality of IEEE conferences held in Sri Lanka.
