"Gear Up Tomorrow" webinar series was an open webinar series that we made to get more knowledge about Supply Chain Management and Operations Management for the undergraduates from the IEEE student branch of Sri Lanka Technological Campus. Participants were able to get more knowledge about Supply Chain Management and Operations Management from qualified lecturers. Students’ registrations was taken from a Google form. In order to communicate with the registered students through mails. The flyers related to the webinar series were posted on social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp LinkedIn and Instagram to registration for the webinars and also give the introduction about the webinar among everyone. The IEEE student branch chapter were informed to register to the webinar through google forms and after registration conducted a several mail sessions to each participant. More than 500 emails were sent attached with information of webinars. We conducted this webinar series through Zoom and Facebook Live. End of each webinar sessions we provided feedback form to each participant to get their opinions about the project. The webinar was attended by Sri Lankans as well as foreigners and we got so many positive feedbacks
