Welcome by the chair Akila welcomed the excom and thanked everyone for their participation. LETs talk Akila briefed about the plan and mentioned to focus on the categories such as Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Technology, Sustainability. During the follow-up discussion, following assumptions were made. Vidura suggested having the session on the 3rd week of each month starting from May and to carry out the leadership session as a physical meetup. Akila suggested to plan a topic that needs to focus for the first meet up (May 3 rd week). Tech Workshop Ashan suggested with the idea of Kaumadi to have a proof of concept session as the 1 st session to evaluate the process to continue the project and Kaumadi agreed to the suggestion. During the follow-up discussion, following suggestions were made. Akila suggested to conduct the proof of concept meeting as soon as possible. Kaumadi suggested that she get the request from WIE Chair of Jamaica Section to have a senior member round up with YP of Sri Lanka Section, Akila accepted; and start to go with further proceedings. AI Driven Dilini briefed about the pre boot camp, to conduct the session for suggested topics and the speakers in a virtual mode around the 2 nd week of May (Thursday) and to have all the sessions with a gap of 2 weeks, and to conduct the boot camp in August Last week. StudPro Pasindu initiated to publish the posts in all the social media platforms. Kavinda suggested Laravel to conduct the project but Nuwini mentioned that Dhammika suggested Firebase will be more effective than Laravel. Also Nuwini suggested getting some volunteers to divide the work and proceed further.
