Tech Workshop Kaumadi mentioned that the responsibilities of the team were updated in the document and the main thing is to form a volunteering team to do the further proceedings. And she requested the committee to support them to have a team. Ashan Imantha also agreed with Kaumadi's statement. LETs talk Dasun Herath mentioned that they had already planned the 1 st topic and also he requested to make a volunteering team to follow up the further proceedings. Also mentioned that they are in the process of making the relevant documents. He mentioned that they had planned to have the session to have on the 3rd and 4 th week of June. Dhammika suggested having a limited number of volunteer members in the volunteering team. AI Driven Dilini briefed about AI Driven volunteering team members, how they worked in the team and how to manage the volunteer team members in the future. Also mentioned about the Reboot camp that one of the speakers has postponed his schedule to July. After that Dhammika made a reminder to keep a track on Global Funding, R10 – MDC has called for a fund for elevation to senior members and mentioned about the IBS. StudPro Nuwini mentioned that they have successfully finished the two sessions; Creating competitive resume, Interview skills. And mentioned that there were two remaining sessions which are focused on CV & LinkedIn mentoring and Mock interview sessions and requested a volunteer to mentor the session to make it more effective. Kaumadi, Akila, Pasindu, Dilini and Sidath accepted the request and came forward to work towards it. Planned to collect the CVs on 22 nd of May and to have the mentoring and feedback session on 5th of June and mentioned that she planned to finish all work before 15 th or 20 th of June.
