CUBE Satellite workshop 2.0 DAY 02

Description
The second session of the lecture series of Cube Satellite and Ground Station Control workshop organized by the IEEE MTT-S Students Branch Chapter and the SEDS Chapter of the University of Peradeniya in collaboration with Orion space Pvt Ltd Nepal was taken place on the 23rd May via zoom with the participation of Dr. Achala Pallegedara, the advisor of SEDS Sri Lanka chapter and professionals from Orion Space Pvt Ltd Nepal. The resource person for the second lecture session was Mr. Jithen Thapa, a Research and Development Engineer at Orion Space. During the lecture two topics were discussed; Introduction to Nepal PQ1 pocket training kit and Introduction to Onboard Computers respectively. The participants were able to sharpen their technical knowledge that will be required for the hands-on sessions and their future activities from the discussion. A quiz was taken place at the end of the lecture after the Q and A session between the speaker and the participants. The second lecture session was concluded successfully with many positive feedbacks from the participants.
