Description
The third session of the weekly webinar series of the Cube Satellite and Ground Station Control workshop organized by the IEEE MTT-S Students Branch Chapter and the SEDS Chapter of the University of Peradeniya in collaboration with Orion space Pvt Ltd Nepal in order to introduce satellite technology to Sri Lanka was taken place on the 30th May via zoom. Communication subsystems of a satellite were taken into the discussion by the guest speaker of the day Mr. Sauraw Paudel, former Research and Development Engineer at Orion Space. The lecture was a great opportunity for the enthusiasts from around the country and from abroad to widen their knowledge in this area of study. As usual, the discussion was followed by an online quiz for the participants to check what they gained from the lecture. The session ended successfully with the hope of connecting with another valuable webinar on another captivating topic.
