Description

The Day 05 session of CUBESAT 2.0, the cube satellite and ground session control workshop organized by IEEE MTT-S and SEDS chapters of University of Peradeniya in collaboration with Orion Space Pvt Ltd Nepal was held successfully on the 13th of June 2021 via zoom online platform. Two topics were discussed during the session by two professionals from Orion Space. First a lecture on Integration and Environmental Testing was delivered by Mr. Jithen Thapa, Research and Development Engineer at Orion Space. It was followed by the other lecture on Cubesat Attitude Control by Mr. Rishaw Mani Sharma , R and D Engineer at Orion whose main research interests are based on Control systems of Pico satellites. After the lectures a Q and A session was conducted to provide answers to the problems of the participants. As usual at the end of the session the participants were provided with an online quiz to check what they had gained from the session. The webinar session ended successfully with the hope of connecting with the final webinar session scheduled to be held on the following Sunday.
