The Event started at 6.00 pm with the welcome speech delivered by Nuwini Chamindi and the moderator was introduced by her. Then the moderator introduced the speakers of the session. The session was facilitated by Mr. Dilina Gunathilaka and Ms. Sasini Withana from Fortude and Mr. Lasitha Liyanarachchi from Dialog Axiata PLC . Having three professionals in this caliber was a glimmering source of inspiration to all participants. Mr. Sasini and Mr. Dilina mainly focused on how to create a competitive resume for the Information Technology field while Mr. Lasitha focused on how to create the resume for the Electrical/Electronic Engineering field. Important aspects such as How to pick the best CV format, how to write the personal profile, how to build the education section and how to write about key skills on a resume were discussed by the speakers. The session was very insightful and interesting for all the enthusiastic participants. The event was closed with a vote of thanks, thanking all the parties who supported the success of the online panel discussion.
