IEEE NSBM Women in Engineering Student Branch Affinity Group awaits to organize an online session for young women of the university to improve their leadership skills and to motivate on becoming an Entrepreneur. Date - 1st July 2020 Time - 7.00 pm onward via the online platform. The session carries, - Motivational speech to develop women’s personality. - Improving soft skills/coding skills. - Positive thinking. Key points, - Strengthening women’s leadership: (By building up confidence in this industry where men carry the leading positions mainly. Seeding a curiosity about new technologies and trends in participants.) - Developing the next generation of women leaders. - Women's leadership and participation in the industry. - Discussion of the most significant barriers to female leadership.
