FOCUS Career Guidance and Motivational webinar which was organized by WiE Affinity Group of University of Moratuwa was successfully held on 15 th November 2020 at 5.00pm. Webinar was conducted via the Zoom platform with a huge audience. Senior career Consultant, Chairman of National Design Center Mr.Ajith Jayawardena was the resource person of the event. 150+ Participants including school children as well as university students participated to figure out their future career path. Mr. Ajith Jayawardene described the available paths for students in terms of both higher studies and career. And also he highlighted the future career opportunities. At the end of the session there was a Q&A session. Mr. Ajith Jayawardene could make clear practicable paths between them and their target dreams by answering participants’ questions. The Q & A session took quite longer than expected because of the huge number of questions asked by the enthusiastic audience. FOCUS helped young school children and undergraduates by making aware of current and future career opportunities and motivating to reach their dreams.
