Description
VoltOU is a Welcome and Encouragement Program for the newly appointed IEEE volunteers of the Student Branch of the Open University of Sri Lanka and WIE Affinity Group. This program will initiate paths to organize more programs and events correlated to research and innovative aspects which ultimately benefit humanity. This is a virtual event that will be held according to the terms and conditions provided by the organizing committee. Moreover, this event will be unfolding under the supervision of the senior IEEE members and the IEEE current executive committee.

● 6.00-6.05 - Introduction to the program. ● 6.05-6.10 - Welcome speech. ● 6.10-6.15 - Introducing committee and counsellors. ● 6.15-6.45 - First speech is outlined by Mr. Iroshan Rathnayake & Mr. Sheril Nilanka. ● 6.45-7.15 - Second speech is conducted by Mr. Janith Bandara & Mr. Amila Anuranga. ● 7.15-7.30 - Pointing out the effective use of Google Drive. ● 7.30-7.45 - Third speech is presented by Miss. Dilini Ekanayake. ● 7.45-7.50 - Taking a group photo as a charming souvenir. ● 7.50-7.55 - Vote of thanks at the very ending. ● 7.55-8.00 - End.
