The session “PATHSCAPE” which was an incredible discussion on Youth Entrepreneurship, was organized and held by The IEEE Student Branch of the University of Peradeniya, in collaboration with IEEE WIE Affinity Group University of Peradeniya and Young Entrepreneurs society of University of Peradeniya on 27th March 2021, from 8 a.m onwards. The session was conducted under the categories training including ideathon sessions, entrepreneurship skills, practical business plan preparation; and, green technology, and environmental consciousness. First, the welcome speech was given by the President of the IEEE Student Branch University of Peradeniya Dilshan Muthukuda highlighting the knowledge the audience can get about entrepreneurship, Practical business planning, Green Technology, and personal branding related to practical businesses throughout this PATHSCAPE event as a participant. A remarkable session about entrepreneurship was conducted with the aid of great orators Mr.Hemida Jayaweera Chief Operating Officer of SLINTEC, Mr.Hasanka Padukka –CoFounder of Zerotrash.lk as well as Thuru, Mr.Dhammika Marasinghe –Senior Software Engineer in Maturify, Well known keynote speaker Mr.Niroshan Madampitige, Prof.Ranjith Dissanayaka – Senior Professor in Department of Civil engineering, University of Peradeniya and Dr.Maheshi Dissanayaka, Senior Lecturer in Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Peradeniya, who raised excellent points encouraging everyone in the audience in entrepreneurship. After that virtual tokens of appreciation were offered to the speakers for the valuable knowledge they shared dedicating their precious time. Q&A sessions were also conducted regarding every speaker’s session enlarging the opportunity of the audience. The session came to an end remembering the 4 hours of valuable experience sharing and with the vote of thanks delivered by the secretary of Woman in Engineering Affinity Group University of Peradeniya, Oshadhi Rajapaksha.
