TRIERVIEW 1.0 is a two phase program organized by WIE Affinity Group of University of Peradeniya with the aim of improving skills on interview facing. As the first phase, a webinar on interview facing will be organized. The speaker will be a well experienced person on the field. Then going beyond a typical webinar, face to face mock interviews are organized to deliver hands on experience to the participants. This will be conducted as the second phase and the interviewing processes will be carried out via zoom platform. Participants will be interviewed by professionals related to their pursuing fields from well renowned companies in Sri Lanka. Each participant will get 10 minutes of time to get interviewed and after the interview, a feedback report will be provided to each participant evaluating their performance. With the available resources number of participants for this phase will be limited to maximum eighty. All the selection processes are done first come first served basis and the companies are allocated as per the preference of the candidate.
