Description

A divisional round meeting was taken with the participation of the main officers of the Student Branch and the heads of the standing committees of the student branch. Updates about the current status of the student branch and the involved operational units were given by the said committee heads. The current progress of registering the teams and proctors for IEEE Xtreme was informed by the head of the program committee. The other committee heads continued to give their updates on looking onto IEEE Alias for making emails, the current statistics of the social media accounts of the Student Branch, and their research on applying for grants.
