Introduction IEEE is all about engineering. There is no other better thing than making a platform for people to express their feelings about engineering. Word is the most powerful tool to convey messages. Therefore, to celebrate IEEE Day 2021, A quote competition on “Who is an Engineer?” is planned. Competition Participants have to make a quote of a maximum word length of 21 words and share it on Facebook by hashtagging the #ieeedaypera21. This competition is open to everyone without any age limit or other consequences. First-round will be held for five days while all competitors can create their own quote within that period. From the first round, the best ten quotes will be able to be chosen for the second round. The second round is the voting round. There the top ten selectors from the first round can request votes (likes) to their quote on Facebook. The top three voted quotes will be selected for the prizes. Rules and Regulations 1. The competition is open to everyone without any age limit or other consequences. 2. All the competitors have to publish their quotes in their own Facebook profiles using the given format for the first round. 3. The top ten selected participants from the first round will be advanced to the second round and the winners will be chosen from the reactions obtained for the quotes. 4. In the second round, the quotes of the top ten selected participants will be published from the Official Facebook page of the IEEE Student Branch of University of Peradeniya. 5. The maximum word limit which can be used for the quote is 21 words. 6. All the participants have to tag #ieeedaypera21 at the end of their publication. 7. The top three winners of “The Quote Battle” will be awarded a valuable souvenir
