Discussion Welcome by the chair Akila welcomed the executive committee and thanked everyone for their participation. Tech Workshop (Y2N Pro 0.6) Ashan stated that their initial tasks were almost done and briefed about the Project Charter ongoing processes. Kaumadi mentioned that all the relevant documents were updated in google drive. Also Ashan explained about the tasks, plans and the scheduled dates. In the panel list there were 2 persons confirmed as the speakers. Then the activity plans, topics and the syllabus were explained by Ashan. Dhammika and Akila suggested some ideas to improve the flyers. Also Dhammika suggested Mr.Hasitha Yaggahawata and Mr. Thushera Kawdawatta for the panel discussions. LETs talk Vidura stated that they are working on up skill. Briefed about the program plans; Talk 1 - Leadership, Talk 2 & Talk3 – Soft skills, and the games which they planned to have in the session. Dhammika suggested contacting Chandana as the speaker. And Vidura also mentioned that all the dates and time should be reviewed. Then Kaumadi, Ashan and Dilini briefed about the differences between workshop and talk session. Chandana suggested focusing mainly on the soft skill side. AI Driven Dilini discussed the dates. Dhammika and Kaumadi clarified about the syllabus, contents and how to decide the sessions to the students and the undergraduates. And also mentioned that all the document works in process. Briefed about the micro volunteering activities. StudPro Nuwini briefed that they have successfully started the registration process. 8 Companies and 2 sponsorship were confirmed and the date was decided on 9 th September 2021. Dhammika suggested checking the main concepts like effective electrical or effective electronics. Next meeting was scheduled for 18th September 2021.
