Discussion Welcome by the chair Akila welcomed the executive committee and thanked everyone for their participation, and gave a brief update about the Up skill and gave compliments to the team. StudPro Dhammika suggested some plans to make the stud pro more effective and requested to have a time plan, and Lakshan agreed to that plan. Y2N Pro Ashan gave an update about the event and the rehearsal plans. Dhammika suggested to make some updates on websites. Budget report Warunika presented the budget of “2021 In & Out” briefly. Next meeting was scheduled to 20th November 2021.
