Women in Engineering Affinity Group of Informatics Insitute of Technology ( IIT ) is here with its first official event for the year 2021-22, iEmpower! The event features several distinguished female personalities from different STEM fields and is held live on Instagram, with episodes taking place every Sunday. The second episode of the event was held on Sunday the 21st of November from 6 pm onwards. The guest speaker for the second episode of iEmpower was Sheruni Fernando, the Chairperson of the IEEE WIE Affinity Group of IIT for the year 2020-21. She is also a front-end developer intern at Velaris.
