The April 2021 Executive Committee Meeting was held on 19th April 2021. The official Start Time was 5:00 PM. The main objectives of this meeting were to; Gave a clear idea about the year plan and their responsibilities to Executive Committee Members. Discuss the upcoming year plan of the Computer Society with the Project Advisor. Like the introduction, Nawodya Ishan who is the Chairman of the Computer Society Student Branch Chapter of SLTC has introduced all the Executive Committee members to the project advisor. After that, he briefly explained about finished projects and the upcoming projects. And also, he described the year plan and the upcoming project "Month of CodeGenix". After that, DR. Dammika Elkaduwa who is the Project Advisor shared his opinions about the year plan. Also, he provided new ideas for the upcoming year. As he said, objectives should be as follows, Make opportunities for the students to fill their CVs with volunteer works experiences. Make more opportunities for Algorithm and Hackathon interested students. Make a brand in the industry as the IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Chapter of SLTC. Organize more projects targeting game development. Develop students both Academic and Extra-Curricular Activities from projects. Encourage the students of the final year studying Computer Science of SLTC to start their carrier by organizing carrier fairs.
