She is a graduate of the University of Colombo and the Open University of Sri Lanka. At present she is currently reading for her Masters at the University of Oxford. She has spent her recent days on her research which focuses on Torture and Protection in Sri Lanka and How Technology Facilitate Violence Against Women and Girls.
