Description

‘Pitstop’ is an annual event organized by the WIE Affinity Group of SLIIT and the IMechE Student Chapter of SLIIT. The event was primarily started with the notion of introducing and allowing people to gain knowledge on the applications, understanding the operation of vehicles, and providing knowledge on how to diagnose problems that might occur with maintaining vehicles. The event has since grown to be one of the most welcoming events within the engineering faculty and has numerous students participating in the program each year to learn about vehicles, vehicle applications, vehicle maintenance, and other related topics associated with vehicles.
