"Books are the windows through which the soul looks out " IEEE SB UOV has found a way to bridge the gap of reading, learning habit and to support community through literacy. With the aim to build new library for a selected village, we collected books from local people, university society and finally handover a package of books in DS office Vavuniya. Nearly 350 Books have been collected through the student branch from Vavuniya and Jaffna and handovered to the Divisional Secretariat of Vavuniya on 07th of January 2022.
