“SheTech'' is a virtual panel discussion, organized by the IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group of KDU, in collaboration with the IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group of NSBM. This event will be based on the topic of “ Women in the Tech Industry'' and will be an informative panel discussion conducted by 3 phenomenal female personalities in the Tech Industry to enhance the skills needed by women in the industry of technology and guide the undergraduates to pursue the necessary paths. Speakers : Dinuka Jayaweera :She works as a Senior Project Lead at Sysco LABS Sri Lanka. She is a Computer Science graduate, and she holds a Masters in Business Administration. Currently, she serves as the Social Media Chair for IEEE Young Professionals in her volunteer career. Sammani Palansuriya : She is an IT professional with more than 12 years of experience in the industry working on different technology stacks. She is currently working as a Technical Architect at 99x. Ms.Subhashini Kadurugasyaya : She is currently employed as a Unit Manager at Converged Charging in Dialog Axiata PLC. She is a Telecommunication & IT professional with 10+ years of experience in deployment, operation, maintenance & service delivery of IT & Telecom core network systems; Intelligent Network, ISP, packet switching, billing, and VAS, including capacity Planning, Managed Services, Information Security & project management.
