In the beginning, Mr. Dilendra Tennakoon(Chairperson, IEEE-SB-UOJ) started the session and welcomed the speaker Mr.Chamika Sudusinghe and the audience, and gave an introduction to the speaker. The session has been conducted as a presentation session. Mr.Chamika Sudusinghe started with a small introduction about himself and continued with the benefits of IEEE CS chapter membership and IEEE Computer Society SriLanka Chapter Activities. Also, he has specifically covered the scholarships awarded for the IEEE CS members. Next, The previous committee's secretary minutes were read by Mr. Dilendra Tennakoon since the previous Secretary Mr.Kavin Prathaban was unable to join. The meeting minutes were agreed by Mr. Dimuthu Anuraj and Seconded by Mr. Heshan Nayanajith. Next, we have moved to the important part of the AGM. Since Mr. Muraleetharan Mathanraj, past chairperson of IEEE CS chapter of UoJ was unable to join the AGM, Mr. Dilendra Tennakoon explained the rules and regulations for the election and started the election process for the year 2022/2023.
