Despite the covid 19 pandemic situation in the country, IEEE PES Student Branch Chapter, RAS Student Branch Chapter, IAS Student Branch Chapter, and IES Student Branch Chapter have collaborated with IEEE Student Branch of the University of Moratuwa to launch the 3rd Phase of ගම්මැ ද්දට IEEE අපි. This year the event is happening as an online event for the second consecutive time. “Circuit Breakers” has partnered with us as the official knowledge partner for this years' event. The event will be happening on the 26th and 27th of March and the 2nd and 3rd of April as an online event covering topics, Robotics, Arduino, and Python Programming . Moreover, there will be quizzes based on the topics covered in workshops to enhance the interactiveness with the students and the best performers in these quizzes will be awarded at the end of the workshop series. More than 6000 students all around the country have registered and waiting to uplift their knowledge on Robotics, Arduino, and Python Programming through our workshops. Day 3 & 4 Program Outline 3rd of April Session 01 - Sensors and Actutators This session will include an introduction to Robotics, Arduino programming, and sensors and actuators in both Sinhala and Tamil languages. Session 02 - Introduction to IoT The IoT introductory session will give a basic idea on the globally trending topic, the Internet of Things. Quiz 4th of April Session - DIY (Do It Yourself) Project This will be a fascinating session for all the participants as there will be given a complete guide to building up a simple DIY project from beginning to end.
