The Awarding Ceremony of the RoboEdu workshop series was successfully concluded on the 27 th of March 2022. The session was held from 7.00 PM to 7.45 PM, with a priceless informative session done by Dr. Tharindu Weerakoon, our beloved advisor and the senior treasurer. As usual opening with a welcome by the moderator, the spotlight was given to Dr Tharindu, to awaken the young innovative minds with the motivation they needed. The speech included the true meaning of why we should use technology and how we can use it considering humanity's concerns. Also, he included some technical information, such as controlling and functioning robots. Further, he did not forget to include some eye-catching, splendid projects which have been done previously. Straight after the speech, the moderator took the spotlight and announced the winners of the 6-day workshop, the most awaited moment of the day. These winners were chosen by evaluating the answers presented to the tasks given at the end of each session and the active participation. The winners were given a valuable Arduino kit and the other participants were given a valuable certificate. With this announcement, the session was concluded with a huge success by giving the basic knowledge of Robotics and Arduino to more than 300 school students from various schools around Sri Lanka.
