The tech talk on "Coverage Path Planning For Reconfigurable Floor Cleaning Robots" was conducted on the 16th of August 2022 from 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm. Miss Abishaya Pavalasingam, Volunteer of IEEE Women in Engineering Student Branch Affinity Group, University of Jaffna, started the session by welcoming the keynote speaker, Lecturers, IEEE members, and the Students, as well as introducing and inviting the keynote speaker Ms.Bhagya Samarakoon to continue her presentation. Ms.Bhagya Samarakoon provided a brief overview of Coverage Path Planning For Reconfigurable Floor Cleaning Robots to the participants. Even though she was in Singapore, she connected with us using zoom technology and did the session very interactively and impressively. The virtual token of appreciation was then presented to the guest speaker by the Advisor of IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group of the University of Jaffna. The vote of thanks was then given by our Senior Lecturer Dr. A. Ramanan. The event had 40+ participants and the event wound up at about 3.00 pm.
