Discussion Introduction Mr. Dhammika initiated the meeting giving an introduction about the roles of the YP and the restructure of the volunteering process and events under IEEE SL Section. He presented the meeting with the projects and explained the objectives and vision on each YP project. Brainstorming for issues and solutions observed in IEEE SL Section Mr. Dhammika then opened the meeting to the members to share their perspective of the issues each member have seen with in IEEE and the possible solutions were discussed. Each member gave their insights and observations and suggested possible solutions. Annual Planning After all members shared their ideas, Mr. Dhammika then proceeded with the annual plan and explained what the job roles of the excom members will be and that most of the issues pointed out in the meeting will have to be addressed and solved by the excom members. He further explained the restructure of the YP Excom and the volunteering process and the timeline of the volunteer call. The meeting ended with a fellowship.
