The IEEE IAS Sri Lanka Chapter Congress is the flagship gathering event organized by the IEEE IAS Sri Lanka Chapter. This year's congress was held on 11th and 12th of December 2023 and brought together IEEE members from across the country to learn, inspire and collaborate with each other. The congress was a two-day free event that provided attendees with opportunities to learn, network and engage with industry leaders and fellow IEEE members.The congress featured presentations and workshops for people of all skill levels and backgrounds, with a focus on modern industry applications and professional growth. Attendees had the opportunity to hear from experts in the field about best practices, processes and technologies, and learn about the opportunities, events, awards and scholarships offered by IEEE IAS. They also had the opportunity to meet with fellow members, industry leaders and the wider IAS community, and join in discussions or meet for one-on-one sessions.
