For the first time, we intend to host an event in collaboration with the Sri Jayewardenepura IEEE student branch and the KDU IEEE student branch. This event takes place in 21 universities all over the country, providing an opportunity for the universities to collaborate with each other. This is also an event in collaboration with the IEEE SLSAC (Sri Lanka Student Activities Committee). The purpose of the event is to strengthen the bond between the two student branches through entertaining activities like games and programs. It is expected to hold the event on the 21st of January 2023. Objectives Strengthen the connection between KDU and the University of Jayewardenepura’s IEEE Student Branch. To offer a rare chance for students from both universities to physically interact, network and learn from each other in ways that can not be achieved virtually. Provide an opportunity to create new bonds, strengthen existing ones, and encourage further collaboration between the two student branches. Provide a platform for students from two universities to collaborate with each other and combine their unique skill sets. To create an environment that encourages teamwork and engagement through fun games and activities. To generate enthusiasm among volunteers for the IEEE organization.
