The event comprised of three main motivational sessions with Sri Lanka's top players, with the main goal of encouraging undergraduates or younger people to stand up with ingenious ideas in a workplace environment with industry giants. The keynote speaker was Dr. Beshan Kulapala, Director and Co-founder of Vega Innovations, who shared his story and discussed his ideas for Vega Innovations including the technologies of EVX, ETX, and ATX. The first guest speaker was Mr. Indika Wijesooriya, Group Chief Innovation Officer at Arimac, who focused on virtual reality and the Metaverse and gave a hands-on demonstration using a virtual reality headset. The second guest speaker was Mr. Dhammika Marasinghe, Chair of IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka, who gave an informative session about the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) including its volunteering, memberships, and national projects. In addition to the motivational sessions, there were also gaming sessions, including a human scribble game for physical participants and a Kahoot game for virtual participants.
