"Strength for Her" , organised by IEEE WIE Affinity Group of KDU , is an empowering panel discussion geared towards empowering women with the tools and inspiration to cultivate a strong women's network. This event holds paramount significance in fostering the self-esteem of young female undergraduates, empowering them to make informed choices, and championing their right to drive social change for themselves and their communities. The event's objectives are multifaceted: ▪ To educate undergraduates on the concept of women's empowerment. ▪ Identify the ways that organisations can empower women in the workplace. ▪ Encouraging women to face the challenges they face in day-to-day life. ▪ Helping undergraduates with work-life balance, especially females. ▪ Emotional intelligence in a women’s role. ▪ Encouraging females to step into leadership roles. Additionally, "Strength for Her" goes beyond discussions, featuring small stalls near the auditorium and the first-floor open area to inspire and engage female undergraduates. This event promises to be a catalyst for personal growth and societal progress.
